Joanne has struggled to control her weight for many years and had tried numerous diets usually seeing a drop in weight only to be followed by a return to her previous weight and often a bit more (sound familiar!). Joanne didn’t understand how to exercise for weight loss. Since working with us she has lost 23lbs in 16 weeks, is fitting into clothes she hasn’t been able to wear for over 18 months and receiving compliments from her friends and colleagues about how great she looks.

1st baby on the way and Matt wanted to be a fit and healthy father. Lost 11lbs in 4 weeks and improved his energy levels. Helen came to us as she had entered into her first Triathlon and had no knowledge of how to prepare for this or indeed if her body could cope with the physical demands of three events back to back. She was carrying a shoulder injury and was worried that this would impact the effectiveness of her training.
We provided an individual program designed specifically to provide her with the strongest body and train those specific muscle groups which would dominate during the event. Helen’s core was weak and her overall strength was poor but following our program she had made massive strides in both her physical strength and her core had been strengthened to the point where she was able to hold better form in the swimming, cycling and running disciplines of the race. Helen achieved a top 10 finish against her peers and her shoulder injury was also gone as her training had concentrated on improving her strength in this particular area to ensure she could complete her goal.
Helen said “When I entered the Triathlon I knew I would need support, motivation and specific training to help me cope with the demands of the race. At the time of the event I felt the fittest, leanest and healthiest I have felt in years.
