1-2-1 training is as focused and dedicated as it can get, with a tailored program built around your specific goals and targets. No generic gym plans and inattentive staff but a highly targeted program with the ongoing support and coaching of your Resolution Personal Trainer whose sole focus is to help you identify and ultimately achieve your goals.
Initially we’ll undertake a full assessment of where you are right now including an analysis of your posture, body mechanics, functional movement and lifestyle including nutrition. This forms the baseline and will be followed up every 4-6 weeks so that you can chart your progress towards reaching and exceeding your targets.
Each session will follow your individually designed program with any corrective action taken to reflect your individual reaction to the training – we are not all the same when it comes to training and your Resolution Personal Trainer will identify what works and, more importantly, what doesn’t so that you gain the maximum benefit from your workouts.
